Announcement Of The Winners For The WBUAP Onkyo World Braille Essay Contest 2013

We have much pleasure in announcing the winners in the WBUAP Onkyo World Braille Essay Contest 2013:

 

1. The Otsuki Prize of $1,000: This was awarded to Ho Ka Leung, male, 26 years old from Hong Kong with a score of 75.4 points.

 

2. The Excellent Prize for Category A with $500.00:

This prize went to Nguyen Van Chung, male, 19 years old of Vietnam with a score of 70 points.

 

3. Two Fine Works Prizes of $200.00 each for Category A:

The prizes were awarded to:

 

(a) Ma. Adisa L. Nahil, female, 25 years old of Philippines with a score of 67.2 points.

 

(b) Nguyen Thi Thuy, female, 25 years old of Vietnam with a score of 66.2 points.

 

4. The Excellent Prize of $500.00 for Category B:

This went to Margaret Grace Ong Veloso Lim, female, 42 years old from Philippines with a score of 73.8 points.

 

5. Two Fine Works Prizes of $300.00 each for Category B:

 

The prizes went to:

(a) Greg Fawdry, male, 49 years old of Australia with a score of 72.6 points.

 

(b) Maran Roi Aung, female, 26 years old from Myanmar with a score of 72.8 points.
