As a result of your support and encouragement over the last eighteen months, the new edition of World Braille Usage is with the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped of the Library of Congress (NLS) and 3,000 copies of the print text are now available.
By the time of the book’s launch, a link to a pdf version of the new edition will be available on the Perkins website: http://www.perkins.org/worldbraille. Perkins, National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped Library of Congress and the International Council on English Braille are working to make the online document have greater accessible to persons who are blind or visually impaired at a later date.
