- December 15, 2019: Deadline for delegate support applications
- First week of February 2020: delegate support decisions confirmed
- February 28, 2020: Membership due (For countries seeking financial support)
- March 31, 2020: Membership due (For countries NOT seeking financial support)
- April 15, 2020: Registration closes
