The New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) invites applications from organisations in the Pacific to the Pacific Island Countries Participation Fund (PIC Fund) to attend conferences. The aim is to increase attendance by Pacific Island citizens at regional and international conferences or events relevant to their countries’ development. The PIC Fund is a contestable fund managed by the New Zealand Aid Programme. Supporting people to attend conferences strengthens the ownership of development processes and activities in their home countries.
